Using VIBE

VIBE is an AI video generator app for iOS and Android that lets you create AI videos from text prompts and images using a range of AI video models. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement and to meet the age requirements of your app store.

Your content

You are responsible for the prompts, images and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights to any image you upload and that your content does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

You retain rights to the videos you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers and your app store. You are responsible for how you use and share generated videos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VIBE to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that impersonates real people without consent, or that otherwise violates applicable laws or platform policies.

AI-generated output

AI video models produce results that can be unpredictable and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. Output is provided "as is" and may vary between models and generations. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Purchases & subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, billed through Apple or Google. Pricing, renewals and refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.

Intellectual property

The VIBE name, logo, app and website design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
